    Dear Customer, Thank you for using our product, our company is well known for its durability and sustainability for long time if its operated according to the procedure mentioned in user manual. However, we received your warranty claim about the malfunction of LCD screen. But as per our Repair and maintenance department report, your LCD screen has been damaged due to high voltage fluctuation. As you didnt maintain voltage fluctuation which was mentioned in our user manual page no. 71 , such that our company will not replace the product as per its policy.
