PREAMBLE
Where it is understood and agreed by all beneficiaries of FHGTEAM (Faitheoric Generation Team) that these rules
and regulations are subject to variation / amendments as the need arises all members and beneficiaries in the network of
FHGTEAM remain bound by:

1. ORGANIZATION RULES
(a) FHGTEAM business plans are to be kept confidential except in the course of networking towards business
development

(b) Business ideas are not to be shared freely with family Members regardless of his or her level of closeness

(c) Refusal to keep to this term of this Operations manual attracts being unplugged permanently or until such a time
that a member shows convincingly remorse

Being unplugged may include,

1. Termination of accounts

2. Deny of access to team’s support

3. Deny of access to profit made under/during training.

4. Confiscation of business tool gotten in the business

5. Complete termination of membership

(d) It is required that an atmosphere of mutual respect should prevail at the work place. The use of Mr, Mrs, Miss is
desirable

(e) Every existing member it automatically a leader to a new member regardless of age or social status. Consequently,
seniority is on the basis of the date a member joined the organization.

(f) Absentism of 3 consecutive days lead to automatic suspension until the next prospecting period.

(g) A team leader or sponsor is a members first point of contact in Resolving issues before seeking FHGTEAM support.
(h) Individual take personal responsibility for any person introduced into the business regardless of family or social
ties.

(i) Any member below the age of 16 years will be required to provide a responsibility referee.

(j) Quitting the business for one reason or the other will lead to:-

1. Termination of accounts

2. Deny of access to team’s support

3. Deny of access to profit made under/during training.

4. Confiscation of business tool gotten in the business

5. Complete termination of membership

(k) A member who already possess a PC (Personal Computer) and has been elevated to standard membership will
further be required to provide,

1. PV = $110 (USD)

2. Office Responsibilities Of 5,000 Monthly

(h) Any member who is expelled or voluntarily quits this organization for a continuous period of 1 year will be required
to author an apology letter which will be posted in FHGTEAM before the consideration of such a member by the
organization.

(j) Illegal activity by any member attracts personal responsibility of the member and not the organization such illegal
activities include;

I. Fraud

II. Child trafficking

III. Smoking

IV. Drug Trafficking

V. Alcoholism

VI. Illegal App on work tools provided always that is above acts will prompt the organization to hand over
any member involved to law Enforcement Agencies for prosecution.

2. PAYMENTS AND FUNDS REGULATIONS RULES


A. Full disclosure is required to be provided to sponsors and Team Leaders whereas exchange of funds with outside
exchanger is seriously penalized

B. Full disclosure of payment information must be provided to sponsors and Team Leaders. If such payment
information is changed, altered such change must be brought to the attention of sponsors and Team Leaders.
Provided always that non-disclosure of payment information shall lead to restriction of payment source by the
Team.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION RULES


A. No account shall be created by a member who has not spent at least 14 DAYS under training and understand E-
MAIL MARKETING Before Other SKILLS professionally

B. Using of foreign people image is prohibited, use a cartoon or business logo instead.

C. It is prohibited to create foreign account and more than one account per member

4. PROSPECTING RULES
A. A member who introduces a new guest to the Team become a sponsor of the new guest, provided always know
that no underage or old person will be prospected unless such old and or underage person already has an
independent person in the business.

B. A team leader is to be informed before referring someone to another office.

5. TEAM LEADERSHIP RULES


A. To qualify and or become a team leader a member must be able to

(1) Acquire requisite training.

(2) Possess enough tools based on Team members

(3) Have at least four (4) trainees or have working experience with other trainees who are not your direct team
member.

(4) Must have attended leadership training for at leave one (1) month Possess the capacity to solve problems
offline and online such as:

(I) Fiverr support

(II) Payment support

(III) Account blockage

(IV) Communication Skills

(V) Corporate dressing

(VI) Website support

6. RESPONSIBILITY RULES
A. Every team member is obliged to pay monthly responsibility fee of 5,000 which will be deducted once the team
member commences making money.

B. A member who intends to quit the FHG team must not be in arrears of his or her $52 monthly membership fee
from the day s/he joined the organization i.e membership fee must be paid up to the last month.

C. While the obligation to ensure the fast development of newbies by giving them enough training support, every
member must complete the 136PV before the 28th of each month.
7. TRAINING & EVENT RULES
A. Failure to attend normal office training for 3 consecutive days without permission lead to automatic suspension
for 30 days

B. Every new member must attend the guest training within 30 days of his or her arrival

C. Except for professionals with proven experience, every member must undertake one or more Network marketing
basic training everyday

D. The following trainings remain mandatory

(I) Thursday Professional Training

(II) Distributor's Training on Saturdays for online and of offline distributors Cheque Rally

(III) Team Leaders Training for all FHG team leaders.

8. NETWORK MARKETING REGISTRATION RULES


A. No registration of a member will be allowed until such member is earning and is able to deliver 100% of all project
received.

B. In NEO-LIFE business a member will not be registered until such member attains enough pending funds to cover
business tools. Such as. Laptop, Modem and Cable

C. Proven ability to pay all FHG membership fee on continuous monthly basis is desirable

9. DATING RULES
A. Except for married members information about the amorous relationship of members should remain a strictly
private affair. Furthermore, the use of social media to promote personal relationship with work tools is totally
prohibited.

B. In the event that a lover is introduced to FHG by an existing member this fact should be disclosed to the team
leader and the person introduced is recognized only as a business associate in the work environment.
