2. In connection with the above reference, respectfully submitted is the After-

Activity Report of Daily/Weekly Activities of Police Trainees presently
undergoing Field Training Program to this station covering the period from
October 09 – 14, 2023 to wit:

At about 7:00 AM of October 09, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” assigned at Silang MPS under the supervision of duty
FTO joined Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at Cavite PPO covered court.

At about 2:30 PM of October 09, 2023, PSFTP CL 2022-01 “BAGSIK-

LIYAB” under the direct supervision of assigned FTO participated monthly
Pregnancy Test as a requirement of their FTX at Silang Specialist Medical
Center Brgy. San Vicente 2, Silang, Cavite.

At about 9:00 PM of October 09, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-

01 “BAGSIK-LIYAB” with the supervision of duty Field Training Officer
conducted accounting and evening devotion of PSFTP/OJTs in
preparations for their TAPS at Brgy. Vicente 2 Silang Cavite.

At about 6:30AM of October 10, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” under the supervision of duty FTO conducted Intensify
camp cleanliness program with the direct supervision of their FTO’s at
Cavite, PPO Brgy. Poblacion 1A Imus City, Cavite.
 At about 2:00 PM of October 10, 2023, OTDP, CL 2022-01 “BAGSIK-
LIYAB” under the supervision of duty FTO conduct familiarization,
observation and provide assistance to the Investigation Section in relation
to their Investigation Phase at PCP 1 Bulihan, Silang, Cavite.

At about 9:00 PM of October 10, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” with the supervision of duty Field Training Officer
conducted accounting and evening devotion of PSFTP in preparation for
their TAPS at Brgy. Vicente 2 Silang Cavite.
 At about 9:00 AM of October 11, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01
“BAGSIK-LIYAB” under the supervision of their duty FTO joined the Daily
Personnel Accounting Report at Silang, MPS.

At about 09:30 AM onwards on October 11, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL

2022-01 “BAGSIK-LIYAB” under the supervision of duty FTO conduct
familiarization, observation and provide assistance to the Investigation
Section in relation to their Investigation Phase at Silang MPS Brgy.
Poblacion 1, Silang, Cavite.

At about 9:00 PM of October 11, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” with the supervision of duty Field Training Officer
conducted accounting and evening devotion of PSFTP/OJTs in
preparations for their TAPS at Brgy. Vicente 2 Silang Cavite.

At about 7:30 AM of October 12, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” under the supervision of their FTOs attended the Morning
Devotion and Police Visibility at Silang MPS Brgy. Poblacion 2, Silang,
Cavite.

At about 10:00 AM of October 12, 2023, OTDP, CL 2022-01 “BAGSIK-

LIYAB” under the supervision of duty FTO conduct familiarization,
observation and provide assistance to the Investigation Section in relation
to their Investigation Phase at PCP 1 Bulihan, Silang, Cavite.

At about 9:00 PM of October 12, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” with the supervision of duty Field Training Officer
conducted accounting and evening devotion of PSFTP/OJTs in preparation
for their TAPS at Brgy. Vicente 2, Silang Cavite.

At about 8:00 AM of October 13, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK- LIYAB” with the supervision of duty FTO conduct feeding to
PUPC of PCP 1 Bulihan, Silang, Cavite as a celebration of first anniversary
of Class Bagsik- Liyab.

At about 09:00 PM of October 13, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” with the supervision of duty Field Training Officer
conducted accounting and evening devotion of PSFTP in preparations for
their TAPS at Brgy. Vicente 2 Silang Cavite.

At about 5:00 AM of October 14, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” with the supervision of duty Field Training Officer joined
Physical Fitness Activity (ZUMBA) at Forbes Park Brgy. Lapidario, Trece
Martires City, Cavite.

At about 4:00 PM of October 14, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP CL 2022-01

“BAGSIK-LIYAB” with the direct supervision of duty FTO, conducted Squad
Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) together with the Bless Our Cops
(BOC) Values Coaches at Brgy. San Vicente 2, Silang, Cavite.
 At about 9:00 PM of October 14, 2023, OTDP, PSFTP “BAGSIK-
LIYAB” with the direct supervision of duty FTO, conducted accounting and
devotion in preparations t to their TAPS at San Vicente II, Silang Cavite.
