at City of Dasmariñas from October 23-28, 2023 to October 21, 2023.

2. In connection with the above references, submitted herewith are the daily
activities of the fifteen (15) Police Recruits of PNP-ACG - SINAGTALAS 2022-02
undergoing Public Safety Field Training Program Investigation Phase at this station.
Listed below are the sequence of activities conducted from October 23, 2023 to
October 28, 2023
3. At about 5:00 in the morning of October 23, 2023, the fifteen (15) Police
Trainees together with their Field Training Officer attended the Morning Physical
Accounting and Devotion. They also attended the Traditional Monday Flag Raising
Ceremony held in Camp Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite with the direct
supervision of PSMS Sean G Francisco, outgoing Duty FTO under the guidance and
supervision of PCOL ELEUTERIO M. RICARDO JR., Officer-In-Charge, Cavite
PPO. Afterwards, said Police Trainees attended an orientation regarding the use of
PNP CIRAS with the direct supervision PCMS Malvin Roy D. Ramos, Duty FTO
under the guidance and supervision of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-
Charge, Dasmariñas Component City Police Station.

At about 08:30 in the morning of October 24, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards,
said Police Trainees conducted polishing of the area. Furthermore, at about 1:30 in
the afternoon of the same date, lecture/refreshments about the different arresting
techniques were conducted to the said Police Trainees with the direct supervision of
PCMS Malvin Roy D Ramos, duty FTO under the leadership and guidance of
PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-Charge, Dasmarinas Component City
Police Station.
 At about 07:00 in the morning of October 25, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS took their Patrol Phase Examination at Camp Pantaleon Garcia, Imus
City, Cavite. Afterwards, they conducted polishing of the area with the direct
supervision of PCMS Malvin Roy D Ramos under the leadership and guidance of
PCOL ELEUTERIO M. RICARDO JR., Officer-In-Charge, Cavite PPO.

At about 08:30 in the morning of October 26, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards,
said Police Trainees observed and assisted walk-in complainants in filing appropriate
charges supervised by detailed investigator on case and PSMS Bobby C Guway,
duty FTO under the leadership and guidance of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA,
Officer-In-Charge, Dasmarinas Component City Police Station.

At about 08:30 in the morning of October 27, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards,
said Police Trainees observed the desk officer in the proper entry of cases in the
blotter book with the direct supervision of PSMS Bobby C Guway, duty FTO under
the leadership and guidance of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-Charge,
Dasmarinas Component City Police Station.

At about 08:30 in the morning of October 28, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards,
said Police Trainees observed and assisted walk-in complainants in filing appropriate
charges supervised by detailed investigator on case and PSMS Bobby C Guway,
duty FTO under the leadership and guidance of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA,
Officer-In-Charge, Dasmarinas Component City Police Station.

2022-02 SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and
devotion. Afterwards, said Police Trainees observed and assisted walk-in
complainants in filing appropriate charges supervised by detailed investigator
on case and PSMS Bobby C Guway, duty FTO under the leadership and
guidance of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-Charge, Dasmarinas
Component City Police Station.
