2 Safety Regulations

Safety Regulations for Lifting Anchors and Systems for Prefabricated Concrete Elements

These safety regulations derived

from the German standard apply to
standard lifting anchors and lifting
systems produced for prefabric-
ated concrete elements. Lifting an-
chor systems, according to these
safety regulations, are construc-
tion parts consisting of the perma-
nently fixed part (lifting anchor) in-
stalled in the prefabricated concre-
te element and the temporarily fixed
appropriate attachment link.
The lifting anchors and systems
must be produced in a way that
guarantees the safe lifting of prefa-
bricated elements, when used as
specified in this document.

4.7 DEHA Cast-in Socket with Crimped End, Part No. 6800-M-L

The DEHA cast-in sockets with a

crimped end are used for the fixing
and transporting of light weight pre-
cast-concrete units.
The cast-in socket with a crimped
end has a metric thread.
The DEHA loop with ring screw
should be used for lifting.
Dynamic loading is not allowed.

The cast-in sockets with a crimped
