OFFICE ORDER

Subject: Deputation of Sh. Dinesh Kumar, Meteorologist-B, India

Meteorological Department to attend WIS 2.0 Training Workshop in Jakarta,
Indonesia from 09th - 13th October, 2023 (05 Days).

Sanction of the President is hereby accorded to the deputation of Sh. Dinesh

Kumar, Meteorologist-B, India Meteorological Department to attend WIS 2.0
Training Workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia from 09th - 13th October, 2023 (05
Days).

2. The terms and conditions of deputation are as under:

(i) Period of deputation: - From 09th - 13th October, 2023 (05 Days),
excluding journey time and enforced halt, if any.

(ii) Pay & allowances: - Full pay and allowances as would have been
admissible to him, had he remained on duty in India. The officer will
draw his pay and allowances in India for the period of deputation
abroad.

(iii) Passage:- All expenditure on Air travel from New Delhi to Jakarta,
Indonesia and back would be borne by WMO.

(iv) Subsistence allowance:- All the expenditure on subsistence allowance as

well as hotel accommodation during the period of deputation will be
borne by WMO. Pick/Drop will be provided by WMO.

(v) Enforced halts:- Expenditure on enroute enforced halts, if any, will

normally be borne by the concerned airlines as per their existing rules.
There will be no financial liability on the part of Government of India.

(vi) Medical facilities:- Medical assistance would be admissible in

accordance with the orders issued by the Ministry of E.A.

3. During the period of deputation, no officiating arrangement will be

made.

4. The officer will submit a report (in quadruplicate) on his deputation

immediately after return from abroad with brief summary of the report
and benefit derived from meeting.

5. The above deputation issues with the concurrence of Secretary, MoES

vide Dy. No. / E-File No. 10252 dated 05.10.2023 and concurred by IFD
vide DyNo.349/IFD/10252/2023-24/Estt. dated 04.10.2023
