    05/22.03.2023 These matters were disposed of vide judgment dated 13.03.2023. On

    office note, these matters have been listed today.

    It appears that in last line of paragraph 3 of the judgment dated

    13.03.2023, in place of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

    Dumka, it has been typed as the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dumka.

    Identical is the situation in last line of paragraph 26 of the said judgment. It

    happened inadvertently.

    Let it be read as the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

    Dumka in place of the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dumka.

    The judgment dated 13.03.2023 is modified to the above extent.

    Let this order be treated as part of the judgment dated 13.03.2023.
