With reference to our telephonic discussions and our visit to the STP, WTP and Swimming
Pools at BTR Greens Homes site at Tukkuguda,, our Technical Engineer has visited your
site on 21st Aug 2023 and we have submitted our technical evaluation report for the same.
To undertake the repairs and maintenance of the equipment, please find attached the scope
of works, roles and responsibilities for the same.

a. Daily operation of STP, WTP and Swimming Pool.
b. Trained Manpower deputation.

solutions.
d. Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of equipment.
e. Providing potable and good quality water for WTP and swimming pools
f. Providing clean and safe water for reuse of STP Treated water.
g. Supply of microbes, enzymes and disinfection chemicals for STP, WTP and Swimming
pool.
h. Maintenance of daily log sheets of equipment and consumables.
i. Swimming pool maintenance including filtration, prevention of algae and providing
chlorine free water for swimming.
j. Monthly water testing reports for STP, WTP and Swimming pool water quality.
k. Any other works relevant to the WTP, Swimming pools and STP including quick and
timely repairs of equipment.

Infiniteum shall facilitate the minor repairs like lubrication, minor consumables at our costs
and major repairs, new machinery procurement and installation shall be charged to BTR
Green Homes management at their cost.

Power, provision of drinking water to staff, cleaning of the STP, WTP and swimming pool
areas (not including plant and machinery) shall be facilitated by the Housekeeping team of
BTR Green Homes.

Spraying of Mosquito repellent and rodent control, pest control regularly in the STP, WTP
and Swimming Pool area are the responsibility of BTR Homes management.
