Pani Gold Project, one of most anticipated projects of Merdeka Copper Gold, is seeking highly
qualified candidates for:

Environment Superintendent
(Code : HSE - ENVS)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, or related field. Master's degree
is a plus
• Possess valid Madya Operational Supervisor (POM) - BNSP certification
• Possess valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - BNSP or DISNAKER
certification
• Possess valid certificate of PPPA and PPPU
• Possess Train of Trainer Level 4 - BNSP or DISNAKER certification is desirable
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably from mining background
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, permits, and compliance processes within the
mining industry
• In-depth understanding of mining operations and their potential environmental impacts
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills for interpreting environmental data,
• Planning and monitoring the HSE Management System referring to ISO
14001:2015,19001:2015, ISO 45001;2018
• Experienced in preparing document reporting RKAB, RR, RPT and AMDAL, include online
report (SIMPLE, Siraja Limbah)

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations
related to mining operations
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals and
ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Implement monitoring programs to assess air quality, water quality, soil conditions, and
noise levels at the mining site
• Assist in the development of environmental management plans to guide mining activities in
an environmentally responsible manner
• Integrate reclamation and restoration strategies into mining operations to minimize long-
term environmental impact
• Oversee proper handling, storage, and disposal of mining waste, including tailings,
chemicals, and other hazardous materials
• Ensure waste management practices adhere to regulations and industry best practices
