Role : Manual Test Engineer
Description : It is collaborative platform between doctors from various streams and hospital
facilities. It has various role-based authorisations and document verification modules. Hospital
administration can access and contact doctors only after their profile verification.
Tools and Technology used: functional testing, Build verification testing, UAT testing, smoke testing,
cross-browser testing, iPhone testing, JMeter, Lamda tool.

Project # 2 : WorkTerra (Team Size : 15)

Role : Manual Test Enginee
Description : It is an insurance application that helps various companies manage their end
users’ insurance through new hire employment and open enrolment modes. Where the end user can
provide and modify necessary details like personal, professional, and nominee information.
Tools and Technology used: JIRA, functional testing, performance testing, JMeter, UI testing, UAT
testing, sanity testing, web-based testing, cross-browser testing.

Project # 3 : MultiCard (Team Size : 3)

Role : IVR Test Engineer
Description : When customer submitting application for new card, lost his Credit Card or some
fraud is taken place or card is expired then the new Credit Card is generated for that customer. The Card
Number allocation is transfer from 53rd Bank to TSYS. In this project new card generated through different
channels like BCAPS, ICC, OCC, FNA. And we need to verify that valid BIN Range card is generated. And all
the details like Customer info, Balance details, Transfers details, Exp. dates are transfer from old card to
new card. After new card generation all the applications are updated as per the new data and new card info
is mapped in all applications as per the info submitted while applying the credit card. Verify that TSYS
issues new card to all the submitted applications and card is reissued by TSYS after expiration. Verify that
new card is generated after placing different types of Blocks (Lost, Stolen, Exposed, Credit Revoked, etc.)
Verify that all the old card services like IB login credential, Alerts are transferred to the new card. Validate
all the Batches are processed successfully. Verify all alerts, logs, RSP logs, FCS logs and lost & stolen logs.

Tools and Technology used: HP ALM, IVR testing.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performed IVR testing, regression testing for Lost, Stolen, Exposed, Credit Revoked, etc.
• Performed daily task and scrum call management.
• Completed verification of Analytical dashboard for each build till UAT and go live.
• Involved in Requirement Reviews, Test Case Reviews of new functionalities with Business Analyst,
Project Manager and Client.
• Reporting Defects in test management tool (HP ALM) for the issues observed, based on their

• The triage call is handled with BA team to resolve the issues in coordination with the Dev team.
