The youth of Minuyan National High School
ages 15-19 BACKGROUND Minuyan Proper has the highest rate of early pregnancy in the recent study, most of them are the students who stop studying because of being pregnant. This is a serious issue that we are facing right now in the community that needed to address by awareness. Early pregnancy does not only affect the youth in terms of their study but also it has a bad impact on their body. Pregnancy at young age can cause high risk at systematic infections and worst, it can cause death. That’s why the choosen project that we use is very helpful for spreading awareness campaign by the use of seminars. This project also help to lessen the high rate of early pregnancy. GENERAL OBJECTIVES
This project was conducted to gathered youth in
Minuyan National High School to assess their awareness interms of early pregnancy. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 1. To provide comprehensive sexual education to young women (ages 15 to 19) in order to increase their knowledge about the risks and consequences of early pregnancy.
2. To reduce the number of un-intended pregnancies
among young women (ages 15-19) by promoting the use of contraception. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
3. To encourage young men and women to engage in
open and honest communication about sexual health and relationships, in order to promote healthy and respectful attitudes towards sexuality and reduce the stigma associated with early pregnancy. TIME, DATE AND VANUE
The seminar will be conducted in January 31, 2024
