ground surface and qc, fs and u2 were measured 2.6 MPa, 175 kPa and 1900
kN/m2, respectively. Soil samples recovered from the same depth had density of =
1.8 gr/cm3 and PI = 19. You need to calculate the piezocone net area ratio (an)
knowing that internal diameter (d) is 85% of external diameter (D). The water table
is 6 m below the ground surface and assume g is 10 m/s2. Make sure you apply
