PORTFOLIO 7: Flight Attendant Image and Branding

Instructions:

We want you to practice your interview skills. These are standard questions given out to FAs. Read
the questions carefully, write a script of your responses and practice answering the questions in front of
the camera.

Here are the questions:

1. Tell me something about yourself.


2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
3. Why did you apply as a Flight Attendant for IBUZZ Airlines?
4. Why should we hire you?
5. Given this scenario, as the Flight Attendant, what will you do:

● You have a passenger demanding that he should be allowed to smoke during the flight
because he needs a cigarette to calm him down. He understands that it is a non-smoking
flight, so he is haggling that he should be allowed to use vape/e-cigarette. How would you
handle this situation?
Remember:

1. Wear your FA/External/School uniform.


2. Make sure you are well-groomed. Ladies wear refined makeup.
3. Response to each of the questions must not exceed 3 minutes.
4. Response must be in the English language.
5. Take a video of your responses using your gadget/s, minding the focus of the camera, volume and
lighting. Take 1 video for each item.
6. The video should show either your upper half body or whole body.
How to Send Your Portfolio:

1. Create a folder in your Google drive and name it: BFA Portfolio 7.
2. Save all the five (5) files: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and Q5 in that folder.
3. Share the folder to your Virtual Assistant:
