The webinar program will be tackling issues that businessmen and entrepreneurs face in
their day-to-day lives. It aims to help the par cipants understand concepts and prac ces that
may help in resolving some issues, while also having the webinar serve as a workshop to
improve their selves as well. The program aims to teach the par cipants how to present
business ideas or concepts, while also aiming to help in how they present themselves to society.

In our modern day era, businessmen and entrepreneurs now have access to technology and
its advancements, although it makes life and work easier, there are s ll things that they can s ll
improve on, in the aspects of socializing, networking, and presen ng their ideas in a way that
cap vates and en ces an audience.

But, these are not only easily learned through technology alone, there must be a
medium in making these bridges connect. That is where this webinar program comes in.
Through this crash course of a webinar program, par cipants get to learn how to present ideas
and concepts, which may also help them in star ng and growing their own businesses. It also
provides the par cipants a venue to connect and network with other par cipants who are also
in the eld of business.

With this being said, this webinar serves as a fountain of knowledge for those who are
willing to learn and improve on themselves as an individual. The goal is to have everyone learn
more about not only their business, but also theirselves.

key points that make him or her successful.

3. To upli the par cipants through lectures that encourage them to work on improving
their work ethics.

The par cipants of this webinar program are college students inside or outside of Jose
Rizal University speci cally any student who is in enrolled in the course under Business
Administra on.

The webinar program coverage the following speci c topic:

1. Socializa on and Networking – How to nd connec ons for your business and how to
establish a rela onship with the customers.

2. What a businessman goes through in a day – A look through what a businessman does
in a day that sets him apart from the rest.

3. How a businessman presents himself – The proper way on how a businessman stands
and discusses. How a businessman presents his idea and concept, his work ethics, and
himself.

V. Virtual Setup of the Webinar Program

With the given scenario and environment, it would be possible to implement a hy ex


program in which would allow exibility for those who are out of the area in which the program
will be held, Camera’s will be set up so that par cipants may opt to enter through Zoom, but a
room is also reserved for those who would be able and are willing to a end face-to-face.

The set up would require a room, microphones, audio interface, speakers, a camera, and
a laptop. There will be a host account that provides access to the par cipants in Zoom, while
also serving as the person tending to those who are at the designated place.
