Project Overview:
The purpose of this project is to establish a designated stress-relief room, that
provides a safe and comfortable environment for individuals. The project aims to
address the increasing need for stress management and well-being in our
organiza on by o ering a dedicated space where individuals can nd respite
and rejuvena on.
Stakeholders:
1. Project Sponsor: Provides overall support, resources, and guidance for the
project.
2. Project Manager: Responsible for project planning, coordina on, and
successful execu on.
3. Facility Management Team: Iden es and allocates a suitable room for
Serenity Oasis ensures compliance with building codes and regula ons
and manages maintenance processes.

and decor.
