“SOKENA General Provisions and Disciplinary Penalties”
DISCIPLINARY PENALTIES

A. Where a sequence of suspension applies, the first suspension is for 3 days; the next
suspension is 7 days, unless specifically stated otherwise.
1. Immorality in the Company’s Discharge
