2. In your area now, what specific LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT concept do

you use? Why?
In our area, I applied the participative leadership. In this type of leadership, I can involve
the other team members/students in the decision making process. I believe that this
type of leadership can increase motivation to them.
Even though this kind of leadership promotes democracy still the final say on decision
making process will from the teacher.

3. In the context of management in your area, what is the difference between

NEED and a WANT?
In the context of management in my area, NEEDS are those things that are necessary
and important. In our school, examples of NEEDS are the learning materials or
instructional materials(printers, inks, bond papers, internet connection) and classrooms
in which these things were very necessary to have for the learning development of the
learners especially during this time of pandemic. While, WANTS are those things that
can only improve the quality of education like paints, room decorations that will enhance
the physical aspect of the school to have a conducive learning environment.

4. In what ways might PUBLIC OPINION be used in school administration and

supervision?
-PUBLIC OPINION can be the basis for the improvements of administration and
supervision. Given the example in our school, we have our suggestion box in the main
gate area. Upon reading suggestions, comments and recommendations from the
students, parents and other stakeholders, we can assess our services. We can identify in
which part we can change or improve.

5. What possible political benefits are associated with public opinion in your
school/program?
Public opinion can be a guide in the political action inside the school. It influences on
the decisions of the administrators. Suggestions, comments and even grievances can
benefit on how the school head/teachers manage their area of responsibility.
