Video Assessment
Choose a trade agreement or a trade conflict, and create a video (which can be a Zoom
recording) with all members presenting. The video should address the following tasks:
If the topic is a trade agreement:
1. Explain the context of the signatories' trading relationships prior to the signing.
2. Explain the detail, and the (potential, if yet in effect) benefits and losses of the
agreement.
3. Do you think there should be any revisions to the terms of the trade agreement, and
why?
If the topic is a trade conflict:
1. Explain the context of the trade conflict (i.e. the reason behind the conflict).
2. Explain the detail and impact of the trade conflict, both for the countries in question
and their other trading partners, and if any efforts have been done to resolve it.
3. How can the trade conflict be resolved? Alternatively, if the trade conflict has ended,
how effective was the resolution, and should anything have been done differently?
Video Assessment
• Each group will nominate one person, who then submit the video on
Blackboard.
• Submission through email will not be accepted.
• After the nominated member has submitted, all group members will
be displayed as having submitted to the lecturer
• Can check that the submission is complete
• Can view the contents of the submission.
Video Assessment
