General Information on the SHS QA Webinar-Workshop

1. You must use your own Zoom account to join the webinar-workshop.

2. If you have not yet created your Zoom account, please visit https://zoom.us/freesignup/
to sign up for free. Use your registered email in this training to sign up in Zoom.

3. This online training is best viewed on a laptop, desktop computer or a tablet with a
working camera and microphone and a bandwidth of at least 3 Mbps. PLEASE DO NOT
USE A CELL PHONE.

4. For Days 1 and 2 of the training, PEAC will host the plenary session on the Zoom Webinar
which differs from the Zoom Meeting in the following features:

• One-way view: Participants can only view and hear the speaker/presenter in the
panelists. Participants/Attendees cannot see each other. Attendees do not have
access to the video nor microphone unless allowed to speak or promoted to panelist
by the Host.
• Q&A: Participants may type their questions and comments for the speaker or share
their views with the speaker and other attendees in the Q&A button.
• Promote to Panelist: The moderator can promote any participant to panelist if the
speaker would like to talk to them. After the interaction, the moderator will change
the role of the participant to attendee. The PEAC moderator or the speaker shall select
participants who will be promoted to panelist as needed only.
• Allow to talk: The speaker/moderator may allow you to talk when asked a question
or when you raise your hand as an Attendee.

5. For the Workshop on Day 3 using the Zoom Meeting:


• Be ready to learn, write and collaborate with your school.
• Keep your video on during the session for the PEAC Host to record your attendance.
You may stop your video when you take your break.

6. Participants must earn an accumulated attendance log of at least 75% (excluding lunch
break) of the total session hours to receive the Certificate of Attendance (COA) and must
have submitted the required workshop output to receive the Certificate of Completion
(COC) with CPD credit units for licensed professional teachers.
7. Participants are expected to complete and submit the workshop output on Day 3
afternoon in time for the presentation and critiquing of output. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE
REQUIRED WORKSHOP OUTPUT ON TIME FORFEITS A PARTICIPANT’S CLAIM TO THE COC
WITH CPD UNITS.

8. PEAC will email the COA in 1-2 weeks and the COC with CPD credit units in 2-3 months. If
after 3 months you have not received your COC but completed the training, please email
data.privacy@peac.org.ph and provide your personal information and training details.
