• Please mute your microphones and turn off your cameras to limit distractions during
the sessions. You are encouraged to participate via the chat box.

• During the open forum, you may use the raise hand function, or type your questions
using the chat window. When speaking, kindly state your name and office/designation
before proceeding with your question or comment.

• Foster an online safe space by being open and respectful to everyone in the meeting
room.

• The presentation materials and links of the recorded sessions will be sent after the
sessions. Please do not share or post them in social media.

• A Certificate of Attendance will be given to those who:

1. Submitted an accomplished training commitment form signed by the
agency/institution’s endorsing authority;
2. Attended the live session
3. Accomplished the online attendance form during the live session; and
4. Accomplished the OCBA Quiz and Evaluation Form
a. A quiz is included in the form. The participants can only take the quiz once and
they are required to obtain 60 percent as passing rate.
