Through multiple Interactions with contractors and consultants, the chairman has
noticed that several unresolved issues have exceeded the contractual timelines, causing
a signiflcant delay that is not in the best interest of NHAI.

2. To address this concern, two dedicated emailaddresses,

contractorissues@n hai.oro and consultantissues@nhai.org, have been established and
communicated to contractors and consultants. These email addresses are intended for
reporting long-standing issues that have exceeded the contractual timeline, and the
information will be shared with the chairman.

3. All reported issues by the contractor & consultants through above dedicated email
address will be compiled RO Wise/PIU Wise & HQ Wise by KPMG Team. All Compiled list
will be sent to PD, RO, Tech Division Head by lst and 15th of each month.
4, All ROs and PDs as well as CcM(Technical) at the headquarters are required to
provide brief responses on dedicated column of attached excel file to the issues received
from the mentioned email addresses on a fortnightly basis. Monitoring of these responses
will take place during every last Executive Committee (EC) meeting of every month.
