He has served the Authority as Procurement/Project Engineer in its head office under
Engineering Procurement Directorate and primarily discharged the following duties:-
• Prepare Annual Procurement Plan for Procurement of Construction /Maintenance
Works and Engineering Service projects (Design, Construction Supervision, etc.)
• Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP's) and Works/ Maintenance Bidding Documents
• Review and provide comments on the Tender Documents (for construction works
contracts).
• Conduct Pre-proposal/Pre-Bid Meetings and prepare minutes of meeting/
necessary amendments/clarifications to issued works tender documents/RFP's
• Undertake detail Assessment of Expression of Interest (Eol) and pre-qualification
evaluations and prepare reports
• Prepare different correspondence to Contractors, Consultants, International
financers, etc.
• Attending Meetings for pre-contract award Negotiations and Preparation of Minutes
of Negotiations, Contract agreements,
• Preparation of Service and Works Contract Documents
• Undertook any relevant tasks as assigned by supervisor and submit bi-weekly
reports and Quarterly Reports for projects under the procurement
He is a sincere and dedicated Engineer with tremendous potential in delivering assigned
