SUBJECT: - RECRUITMENT OF CLASS-IV STAFF IN DIFFERENT COLLEGES.
Kindly refer your office letter No: 1092, dated: 15.08.2023 on subject cited above.
It is stated that according to Govt. Recruitment Policy 2004 as well as 2022, following candidates have been
recruited as class-iv employees by the concerned recruitment committees, notified by the Department. The detail is as
under: -
1. The Advertisement of the Class-Iv Employees BS-01 to BS-04 was published in Daily Newspapers Express &
Daily Newspaper Dunyan on 03-11-2022 by the Director of Education (Colleges) DG Khan Division DG Khan.
2. According to the advertisement all the applications were received by the office of the Principalconcerned.
3. As per Recruitment Policy 2004 as well as 2022 circulated by the higher authorities, the scrutiny committee was
constituted on most senior members of the college.
4. All received applications of all categories were scrutinized by the committee as per norms.
5. Interview of the candidates were conducted as per scheduled dates.
6. The recruitment/selection committee was constituted by the Higher Education Department comprising 01
Representative of Honourable Secretary, Higher Education Department, Lahore & 01 Representative of Director
Public Instruction (C) Punjab, Lahore as a Member. The Principal of the concerned college was act as Chairman
of the Selection Committee.
7. After observing all codal/procedural process was strictly observed according to the Contract Policy 2004 and
Recruitment Policy 2022, andthe documents of selected / working candidates are found correct, the orders were
issued to the selected candidates and they joined in due course.
8. No any enquiry of selected / working candidates is pending in this college.
9. The details of selected /working candidates is as under: -

i) Mr. Muhammad Junaid, as Conductor

ii) Mrs. Sidra Siddiq as Lab Attendant
The Undersigned admitted that the above said employees are performing their duties regularly and their services are not terminated
and further added that post of conductor (BS-01) & Lab Attendant (BS-01) are lying vacant in this College
It is requested that the salaries of above mentioned employees may please be restored as the above said recruitment has made
purely on merit. However, in case of any discrepancies shown in the said recruitment as well as any Departmental /
Judicial direction / decision against this recruitment, the total amount from all candidates / beneficiaries will be recovered
accordingly.
