• PERFECTION – continuous activity, a pursuit, a quest for excellence. It is not a static thing.
• HUMAN PERFECTION – as an activity
• CHRIST -as the “new Adam”
• CHRISTIAN PERFECTION -union with God by the practice of virtue and love of God and neighbor
• HUMAN -love of god- foundation of Christian spirituality
• PERFECTION- a. personal relationship with God in Christ
• SPIRITUALITY -b. spirituality and perfection are interconnected

• NAME – in the bible it refers to reality of the person named, expressing the persons role or status
• FORTH – a degree of perfection which means that not only religious but also moral integrity.
• TAM, TOM, TAMIM – old testament human Hebrew words
• TAM – complete, morally innocent, integrity
• TOM -integrity
• TAMIM -sound, wholesome ,unimpaired ,innocent, integrity
• NEW TESTAMENT – is the foundation with further revelation and law from God. Contains about the time from
Jesus birth

• Physiological
• SELF-ACTUALIZATION -is the highest point for the individual needs according to Maslow’s hierarchy needs
• SELF-ACTUALIZING PERSON- reached the peak experiences of his life
• PERFECTION -attempt for perfection can be possible through hard work in overcoming ones weaknesses

4.AREAS OF PERFECTION

SQ3R- comprehension strategy that helps students think about the text they are reading while they’re reading
• Survey- review the text to gain initial meaning
• Questions- begin to generate questions about their reading
• Read- students read, they need to look for answers to the questions
• Recite- the text they should recite or rehearse
• Review- after reading students should review the text to answer.
5.VALUE OF RELATIONSHIP

• FRIENDSHIP -something like a bridge that hold between u and other people.

• HONESTY IN RELATIONSHIP- the important elemnt of relationship and face people whom are conflict
• RELATIONSHIP IN THE FILIPINO FAMILY- parents are the two most wonderful people.
• THE MEANS TO SUCCESS IS HUMAN RELATIONSHIP- there are people behind it people important to us and have
influenced our feeling, thinking, behaviors.
• EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION ENHANCE RELATIONSHIP-
o INCREASED TRUST -you can go to your partner about anything; sharing happiness and sadness
o BETTER CONFLICT RESOLUTION – who seem to fight all the time and those who seem to never fight at all.
All relationship have ups and downs both frequent fighting and no fighting are sign of lack of
communication.
o INCREASED INTIMACY- how to improve communication in relationship is excellent for your emotional
intimacy or ability to listen, understand and be compassionate toward your partner.
