Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope this newsletter finds you well as we approach the end of the school year. We have an exciting
month ahead with various activities and events planned for our students. Here's what you need to
know:

Thursday 13th June: Taster Morning:

A taster morning provides an opportunity for students in Acorns and Willow class, who are returning to
the school in September, an opportunity to meet their new teachers and experience some lessons in
their new class. More detailed instructions will be provided closer to the date.

Thursday 15th June: Children's School Books and Belongings:

On this day, we will be sending home your child's school books and belongings. Please ensure that your
child brings a suitable bag to carry these items home safely. More detailed instructions will be provided
closer to the date.

Friday 16th June: Graduation Ceremony:

Our Graduation Ceremony will take place on this day, and it will be a special occasion for our students
in Reception and Primary classes. Please note that it will be a half-day for these students, as they will
return in the evening for the ceremony. Acorns students will attend school for the full day, and will not
return to school for the ceremony. Further information regarding the ceremony and any specific
requirements will be communicated to you nearer to the date.

Monday 19th June: School Leavers Trip:

The year 6 children that are leaving the school and going on an exciting school trip to Nicosia. It will be
an exciting opportunity for our students to create lasting memories before moving on to new
adventures. Detailed itineraries and any additional information will be provided closer to the time.

Tuesday, June 20th: Whole School Trip:

We have planned a fun-filled whole school trip on this day. All students will participate, and it promises
to be a day of excitement and camaraderie. More information, including the destination, itinerary and
any required permissions or preparations, will be shared with you as the date approaches.

Wednesday 21st June: School Leavers Trip:

The year 6 children that are leaving the school and going on an exciting school trip to Nicosia. It will be
an exciting opportunity for our students to create lasting memories before moving on to new
adventures. Detailed itineraries and any additional information will be provided closer to the time.

Thursday 22nd June: Normal School Day with Fun Activities:

 Although it will be a normal school day, we have planned a range of fun activities for the students to
enjoy. It will be a day filled with laughter, games and delightful surprises. Further details about the
specific activities will be provided closer to the day.

Friday 23rd June: Reports and End of School:

On this day, students will attend school at the usual time of 9 am, dressed in full school uniform. They
will receive their reports and have the opportunity to reflect on their achievements throughout the year.
Once they have received their reports, they will be allowed to leave school. More information about the
report distribution and any end-of-school procedures will be communicated to you nearer to the time.
