Restaurant Menu Project

Congratulations! You’ve just been given the opportunity to open up a new restaurant that
serves traditional Spanish dishes from your assigned country. You must now design a
menu before the grand opening of your restaurant. Follow the project requirements
listed below and complete the Restaurant Menu Project Planner to help you plan for and
create your restaurant menu project.

Project Requirements
• The Spanish-speaking country for your restaurant.
• Create a menu cover with:
• The name of your restaurant in Spanish
• The days and hours the restaurant is open
• The restaurant’s address
• The restaurant’s phone number
• Include at least 20 menu items with the following category headings:
• Aperitivos (Appetizers)
• El Desayuno (Breakfast)
• El Almuerzo (Lunch)
• La Cena (Dinner)
• Bebidas (Drinks)
• Postres (Desserts)
• All menu items must be traditional dishes and drinks from your chosen country.
• Include the price next to each menu item in the currency of the country chosen.
• Include illustrations or photos of at least 10 items offered on your menu.
• Write your name, the class period, and date on the back of your menu project.
