IV. THE LOGO

The Bubbly Cloud logo was written on a white background with capital letter initials that

overlapped with each other and an icon of bubbles on the right side. The capital letter initials on

the logo came from the name of the business, which is Bubbly Cloud. Bubbly Cloud used the initial

as a logo for easy rememberability and to give an impressive impression to consumers. Bubbles

were used to represent the product of the business; both the liquid and bar soap and the bubbles

icon made it look fresh and captivated the eyes of consumers. The logo was composed of three

colors: purple, brown, and black, with different representations. The purple color represents

softness, magic, and tranquility. The brown color represents trust, safety, and passion. The black

color represents luxury and power.

VI. THE EMPLOYEES

The shop will hire employees who are reliable, friendly, good communicators, detail-

oriented, and, most importantly, always want to learn. The salary for everyone is ₱ 7,500 every

month. Bubbly Cloud Shop consists of seven employees that will perform different tasks. Four

employees belong to the production team, where they are in charge of making soap, packaging

products, and packing orders. One is assigned operational and financial responsibilities for the

store. The last two employees will be assigned to manage and monitor the online shopping

platforms.

VII. THE PRODUCTS

Bubbly Cloud will have different kinds of soap to offer customers. Both liquid hand soap

and bar soap are the main products of the business. The liquid hand soap only has one variety of

scents, and that is baby powder, but it has different sizes that customers can choose from, while

the bar soap has four varieties of scents, such as coffee, lavender, rose and original scent. The

bar soap has the shape of a rectangle with a design on top. The product will be purchased by one.

The products are meant for domestic uses.

LIQUID HAND SOAP

The Bubbly Cloud Liquid Hand Soap product was composed of

three different sizes with one variety of scents. The liquid hand soap

was named Heavenly Fuchsia. The reason why the business named it
5
Heavenly Fuchsia was because of its color. The Heavenly Fuchsia

Liquid Hand soap can remove dirt and germs as well as leave the skin

feeling soft and moisturized.

BAR SOAPS

Brewvana Bar Soap is the name of one of the varieties of bar

soap. The name was inspired by the concept of the bar, which related

to coffee. Brewvana soap has a scent of coffee, offers smooth and

bright skin, and enhances blood circulation. The Brewvana Bar Soap is

good and perfect for coffee lovers.

Periwinkle Bar Soap was named for its lavender scent. The bar

soap has a good-quality fragrance oil that brings calmness and

relaxation. Periwinkle bar soap creates a rich lather to gently cleanse

your skin without drying it out.

Maitalea bar soap's name comes from the Basque word

maitalea, which means lover in English. The Maitalea bar soap is

inspired by love, romance, and a sense of comfort. Maitalea bar soap

is a fragrant moisturizer product that incorporates the essence of roses.

It offers a beautiful floral aroma, and it can help hydrate and moisturize

the skin.

6
Aslina Bar Soap came from the Sundanese word Aslina, which

means original. The bar soap was the original soap; it doesn’t have a

scent or coloring. All the ingredients are oil and base soap. The bar

soap offers a smooth effect on the skin.

Future Physical Store

provide the following:

1. A large, well-organized atmosphere that offers a clutter-free workspace.

2. Ample tables and equipment, all well-maintained and constructed with safety in mind.

3. A pleasant and ergonomic working environment for the staff, stimulating creativity and

production.

4. The workspace is not only clean but also well-ventilated, as a sign of value for the employees'

health.

10
5. Keep a clean sink with a steady supply of water to ensure the highest levels of hygiene in the

soap-making process.

6. Throughout the soap-making process, the team is outfitted with necessary personal protective

equipment (PPE), such as aprons and gloves.

7. The packaging station is equipped with the supplies and tools required to ensure that products

are professionally wrapped and shipped safely.

8. There is plenty of storage space to keep raw materials and final goods orderly and conveniently

accessible.

As a starting business, Bubbly Cloud is planning for the future physical store to introduce

new soap formulations, fragrances, or product lines to cater to a broader customer base.

XII. OUR CUSTOMERS

Iba, Zambales, will be a good place to build a business that will help to maintain personal

hygiene and sanitation. In addition, Filipinos love homemade products, especially when the store

is newly opened. The target market of the business will be the teenagers and young adults.

Customers are mainly residents near the area, the entire population of Iba and other municipalities

in Zambales, as well as nationwide. Customers can access all the products through the given

online platforms.

XIII. INVESTMENT

Bubbly Cloud requires an approximate ₱150,000 investment. The overall amount is divided

as follows:

11
Fixed Cost

Kitchen range with gas tank ₱ 10,995.00

Appliances and Equipment ₱ 18,458.00

Mixing utensils and kitchen wares ₱ 2,369.00

Other Materials ₱ 462.00

Total Fixed Cost ₱ 32,284.00

Variable Cost

Rental and Utility Expenses ₱ 15,000.00

Salaries and Wages ₱ 52,500.00

Consumables ₱ 27,440.00

Cash for Daily Operation ₱ 12,388.00

And Contingencies ₱ 10,388.00

Total Variable Cost ₱ 117,716.00

Total Cost ₱ 150,000.00

Appliances and equipment consist of customized soap molders, kitchen thermometers,

digital kitchen scales, waybill receipt or label printers, and rechargeable digital price computing

scales.

Workshops contain portable sinks, drying storage racks, shelf storage cabinets, working

tables, and ventilation exhaust fans.

12
Mixing utensils and kitchen wares consists of stainless-steel pots, whisks, silicone spoons

or spatulas, measuring and mixing containers, and other materials.

Consumables consist of raw materials or ingredients such as soap, product containers or

bottles, packaging supplies, and others.

All variable costs (except cash for daily operations and contingencies) are calculated on a

monthly basis.

XIV. PROFITABILITY ANALYSIS

The simplest method of estimating profitability is to assume the expected monthly sales and

subtract the expected monthly variable cost/expenses (excluding the cash for Daily Operation and

Contingencies).

For instances:

 the expected number of bar soaps per month is 300 at ₱ 58.00 per piece.

 the expected number of 500 ml hand soaps per month is 500 at ₱ 93.00 per piece.

 the expected number of 300 ml hand soaps per month is 500 at ₱ 65.00 per piece.

 the expected number of 100 ml hand soaps per month is 1,200 at ₱ 30.00 per piece.

In calculation:

 ₱ 58.00 x 300 pieces of bar soap = ₱17, 400.00

 ₱ 93.00 x 500 pieces of 500 ml hand soap = ₱ 46,500.00

 ₱ 65.00 x 500 pieces of 300 ml hand soap = ₱ 32,500.00

 ₱ 30.00 x 1,200 pieces of 100 ml hand soap = ₱ 36,000.00

13
Overall, it will prosper ₱ 132,400.00. If the expected monthly expenses (variable) are

₱94,940, it will yield:

₱ 132,400.00

- 94,940.00

= ₱ 37,460.00

The approximate monthly income is ₱ 37,460.00. On a 1-year business operation, the

income will be:

₱ 37,460.00

X 12 months

= ₱ 449,520.00

The gross income for 1 year will be ₱ 449,520.00. To get the net for 1-year operation,

subtract the fixed cost and the cash for daily operations and contingencies from the gross income:

thus,

₱ 449,520.00

- 55,060.00

= ₱ 394,460.00

Therefore, after one year of business operation, Bubbly Cloud will get back all the

investments, and it will realize a net profit of ₱ 394,460.00.

CONCLUSION

In the final analysis, the entrepreneurs can start a business with a reasonable capital of

P150,000.00. The study also discovered that after one year of operation, entrepreneurs could

redeem their whole investment and generate an enormous amount of profit.

Entrepreneurs can earn twice as much capital as the investment. Therefore, the business

could compete with other similar and well-known competitors on a larger platform or market.
15
Adapting to a small business venture will create and establish satisfactory finance return every

year, and a continuous plan will advance the growth of the business.
