Goal
• To identify specific approaches that USAID
should consider advocating for with
governments and supporting to strengthen
the social service workforce (SSW) in
selected countries.
Overview
• Designed to inform programming to
strengthen the social service workforce
(SSW) caring for children and families, as
well as national social service systems.
• Complex assessment consisting of 7
interlinked activities
• 3 countries: Armenia, Cambodia, Rwanda
