一、系统前后对比
Modification contrast

1. 原车 PCV 系统。
Former PCV system

2. 改进后的 PCV 系统，在 PCV 软管

之间加装了滤清器，以过滤由此而带出
的油气，防止污染电子节气门。
For the modified PCV system, a filter is
added between PCV hoses, it can filtrate
oil gas to avoid the electric throttle being
polluted.

二、所需材料和工具
Material and tools
滤清器、软管、卡箍、扎带。
Fuel filter 、Hose、Clamp、Ribbon
尖嘴钳、一字起子、剪刀。
Long-nose pliers、Screwdriver、Scissors

三、工艺
Craft

1. 用尖嘴钳取下 PCV 软管与进气歧管

稳压腔连接端的卡箍，拔下软管。
Take down the clamp between PCV hose
and Intake manifold by long-nose pliers，
then pull out the PCV hose.

2. 用尖嘴钳取下 PCV 软管与汽缸盖上

PCV 阀连接端的卡箍，拔下 PCV 软管。
Take down the clamp between PCV hose
and cylinder head by long-nose pliers，
then pull out the PCV hose.

3. 用剪刀剪取 2 段软管，每段 17cm。

注意保持所剪取的软管断面平整。

Use scissors to cut down 2 hoses，with

each part 17cm。Make sure the section of
hose should be smooth.

4. 连接缸盖 PCV 阀端，注意保持卡箍

能够紧固连接端。
Connect the hose with cylinder head，
assure the connection is tight and
reliable.

5. 连接进气歧管稳压腔连接端，注意
保持卡箍能够紧固连接端。
Connect the hose with Intake manifold，
assure the connection is tight and
reliable.

6. 将卡箍套在软管之上，连接滤清器
两端，注意滤清器的进口端连接 PCV
阀端的软管，出后端连接进气歧管稳压
腔端的软管。紧固卡箍。

Put a clamp on the hose, connect to the

two ends of fuel filter, attention that the
input end of filter should connect to the
PCV hose and the output end of filter
should connect to intake manifold hose.
Then fasten the clamp。

7. 用 2 根扎带将滤清器固定在进气歧
管与机体的连接支架上，注意保持扎带
的紧度，防止滤清器与支架之间存在
松旷。

Fix the filter on the bracket between

intake manifold and crankcase by 2
pieces ribbon. Assure the tightness of
ribbon.

8. 取下 PCV 系统的通气管与进气管的
连接端。
Take down the connection end which
connects the PCV breather hose and the
intake manifold.

9. 用胶带将连接管与进气管连接端的
端口堵塞住，注意胶带用量要足够。堵
塞之后，连接 PCV 通气管。
Block the side of intake manifold by
enough sellotape. Then, connect PCV
breather hose.

10. 完工之后的 PCV 系统。在完成之

后请检查该系统的各连接部位是否连
接牢靠。确认之后，请测试车辆。
Finally, inspect and confirm all the
connection parts are fastened firmly. At
last, test the vehicle.
