AFFIDAVIT OF SUBSCRIBED AND PAID-UP CAPITAL

I, ANICIA F. BALUZO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and currently the Treasurer of Baluzo Integrated Farm
Institute INC., with registered office address at Purok 4 Pamorangon, Daet, Camarines Norte, after being
duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am fully aware of my responsibilities as the Treasurer of Baluzo Integrated Farm Institute INC., and I
am authorized to make this affidavit on behalf of the corporation.

2. Baluzo Integrated Farm Institute INC. is a corporation duly organized and registered under the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines on February 19, 2020, with a registration number of CN202051057 issued
by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

3. As of the date of this affidavit, Baluzo Integrated Farm Institute INC. has a total subscribed capital stock
of 500,000 shares, divided among the following incorporators, each subscribing to 100,000 shares:

- Eduardo B. Baluzo
- Anicia F. Baluzo
- Kimberly F. Baluzo
- Kristine Mae F. Baluzo
- Mark John F. Baluzo

4. I further attest that the incorporators mentioned above have made an initial payment of 25,000 pesos
(PHP) for their respective subscriptions in the corporation. The total initial paid-up capital amounts to
125,000 pesos (PHP).

5. The total paid-up capital of 125,000 pesos (PHP) represents 25% of the subscribed capital stock of Baluzo
Integrated Farm Institute INC., thereby satisfying the minimum requirement of 25% subscribed and paid-
up capital as mandated by the laws governing corporations in the Philippines.

6. The paid-up capital has been used for the purposes stated in the articles of incorporation, including the
construction and establishment of Baluzo Integrated Farm Institute INC.'s facilities and other necessary
expenses.

7. I certify that the information stated in this affidavit is true and correct based on my personal knowledge
and available records.
