This Business Plan outlines the brief history of Printino Inc. the description, the
nature, and the business form of organization to be established. Due to the mere fact
that proponents of this plan(whose ages are ranges from 19 – 21 years old) don’t yet
reach the minimum requirement of age as required by law, the author assumed that the
corporation shall be undergone the process of promotion, incorporation, and formal
organization and commencement of business operations by the year 2023.

A. About Printino Inc.

Printino Inc. Establish a company wherein the staffs are have different
field of expertice that can help the company to maximize the capability of the
product. The staff are have the value of making a product that are affordable and
comfortable.

B. The Corporate’s Name

The corporate‘s name Printino Inc. came fron the words “print” and “tino” which
means to produce especially in large quantities, by a mechanical process involving the
transfer of text, images, or design to paper, while “tino” came from tagalog which means
proper or good.

C. The Logo

The Printino Inc. Have highlights “I” and “O” to represent the corporate’s name.
It was designed through the SmartArt Tools in the Windows 10. The high tone of color is
newsprint as described in the application that signifies a high level of awareness.

The undersigned incorporators, all of legal age and a majority of whom are residents of
the Philippines, have this day voluntarily agreed to form a stock corporation under the
laws of the Republic of the Philippines;

SECOND: That the purpose or purposes for which such corporation is incorporated are:

FOURTH: That the term for which said corporation is to exist is 50 years from and after
the date of issuance of the certificate of incorporation;

fees) or contributions or donations paid or given by the subscribers or members.

ELEVENTH: No transfer of stock or interest which shall reduce the ownership of Filipino
citizens to less than the required percentage of the capital stock as provided by existing
laws shall be allowed or permitted to record in the proper books of the corporation.
