Mechanical Maintenance Report:

Respected Sir,
I have visited NESMA’s maintenance office and other different locations like RO & STP plant, fire domestic pump area etc. Eng. Joe Chris is
working with us and sharing knowledge with us about many aspects of mechanical work.

I obtained the following details from the NESMA team:

 Information regarding daily base maintenance and scheduling.

 Work flow and other maintenance procedures.
 Various mechanical drawings that are relevant to the RO & STP and some formats for various maintenance jobs.
 Different type of equipment used for maintenance and trouble shooting.
 What type of issues maintenance team is facing on daily basis?
 How they distributed the workforce across the various maintenance jobs.

Observations:

1. Observation and deficiencies found during visit of Plant:

2. Leakage was absorbed from Pipe Elbow near Carbon filter.

3. Pipe holding clamps were found rusted near sand filter.

4. Leakage was observed from RO Plant Feed pump seal.

5. Raw water level indicator pipe valve found rusted.

6. Leakages were observed from membrane vessel outlet clamp.

7. Due to leakage from feed pump, no proper keeping was kept.

8. Chlorine contact tank high and low level indicator not working in STP.

9. Aeration tank high level indicator also not working in STP.

10. Irrigation pumps stands were found rusted in STP area.

11. Leakage was observed from fire pump pipe clamp.

12. Leakage were observed from domestic pump area near RO as pipes were mot maintained properly.
