POSITION Trainee Scientist

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

KPIs -

1. Conduct indigenous testing program for various product development and establish better
understanding of cement/ concrete.
2. Collect market feedback and conduct continuous testing to redesign and refining existing
products.
3. Run comparison test of different market samples of both raw material and finish products.
4. Update and record of relevant IS/ASTM/BS codes and inform team on the changes.
5. Plan and conduct various concrete and mortar trials, while maintaining safety protocol.
6. Record all trials report and examine the result to derive conclusion.
7. Interaction with Global R&D and exchange learning and R&D project to cater futuristic need
8. Training of field technical team
9. Maintain EHS standard at laboratory.
10. Documentation and calibration of all equipment for laboratory certifications.

M. Tech Civil
Educational Qualifications
Minimum years of experience
0– 1 year of Experience

Nature of experience
 Having good know - how on concrete related
chemistry.
 Good hand-on on computer like Excel / Word &
Power Point.
