MS Project For Project Professionals (2 Days)

The ability in managing project schedule is basically one of the vital elements
in project management as a whole. There is virtually no project that is being
undertaken without any time constraint and with no spesific end in sights.
And it is the one that usually cannot be missed by any project managers. The
pressures in managing project to achieve its objectives and in the allocated
time frame is never to be taken lightly.

This 2-day workshop program is one of the workshops that is a continuation

of our project management training programs. This workshop will go deeper
in exploring how any project team members or managers can better
understand how to optimally use Microsoft Project in their project and how
they can achieve project timeline goal.
