The Unites Nations can intervene the solve the military
conflicts in the Sub-Saharan region in different ways. First,
they may deploy peacekeepers in war zones to separate the
fighting parties and arrange a ceasefire. Also, they can
promote peaceful solutions through politics, by helping the
local government to take control of its power and regulate the
situations. Moreover, the UN may monitor local elections
through votes if citizens want a new president to lead the
government
