hardware of the AIO PC has not been changed. See chapter 9.1.
 A new license file from ELMS needs to be installed. This is the case when the
hardware of the AIO PC has been exchanged, because the MAC address of the
new PC has to be included in the license file. See chapter 9.2.

9.1 Load existing license (hardware was not exchanged)

(1) Login to NX as crservice.

(2) Ensure that the license dongle is inserted.

(3) Copy the license key file to: C:\temp

16 Troubleshooting
16.1 Configure NX

The factory file DR100e factory

config_2.0.xml is intended for systems
that do not have Musica 3 licenses. If
the license file contains Musica 3
licenses, the activation of the
configuration after loading the factory
file can fail because of the errors below
(depending on available licenses).

16.2 Configure COM Port for Generator Connection

The Generator Connection is by default

configured for COM Port 2. The COM
Port number is automatically assigned
by Windows. If you get a Generator
Connection Error (see screenshot)
when selecting an empty thumbnail for
a DR exposure, the Generator
Connection has to be reconfigured to
COM Port 1.
Figure 38

Change the configured COM Port to Port 1:

(1) Stop NX.
(2) Browse to the folder: C:\Agfa\Healthcare\XRDI\Components\THX\Configuration
(3) Open the following file in notepad: THXConfig.xml
(4) In the section
<GeneratorConfig>
<COMPort>2</COMPort>
</GeneratorConfig>
replace “2” by “1”, resulting in
<GeneratorConfig>
<COMPort>1</COMPort>
</GeneratorConfig>
(5) Save the file and close notepad.
