 ANNUNCIATOR SYSTEM
GENERAL
INSTRUCTION
정부가 석유정제, 석유화학, 화학, 제철 등 중화학
공업을 강력히 추진하고 있으며, 국내 기술에 의한
PLANT 수출도 적극적으로 추진되고 각종 기계설비
장치가 복잡 대규모화하는 때에 이들의 감시, 관리, 보
수 등에 좀더 효율적이고 기술적인 전용장치를 필요로
하는 시기입니다.
KOIN ALARM은 설비 장치의 고장 및 운전상태를
일괄 표시 경보하는 집합표시 및 집중경보장치로써 종
래의 제품에 비해 소형 UNIT화의 성공으로, 다양한
기능과 신뢰성을 보장하였읍니다. 회로 구성은 IC를
사용한 무접점식(SOLID STATE TYPE)을 채택 하므
로 써 모든 FUNCTION UNIT 는 CARD화하여 기능
변경 및 보수 관리에 간편하게 설계되어 있습니다.
FUNCTION OF KOIN ANNUNCIATOR SYSTEM
AUTOMATIC RESET(NON LOCK TYPE)
이상신호가 발생되면 ALARM UNIT에 전달되어 고
장상태를 표시하게 되며 이상이 해제되면 고장표시 기
능도 자동적으로 RESET되는 TYPE.
MECHANICAL RESET(LOCK IN TYPE)
순간적으로 이상상태가 발생했을지라도 ALARM
UNIT에 전달되어 고장상태를 표시하게 되며 이상상태
가 정상으로 환원 된 후에도 ACKNOWLEDGE
BUTTON을 누르기 전까지 고장표시를 MEMORY 시
키는 TYPE.
NORMAL OPEN CIRCUIT TYPE
정상운전시 검출소자가 개회로(OPEN CIRCUIT)상
태로 있다가 이상시에 폐회로(CLOSE CIRCUIT)로
전환되면서 경보하는 TYPE.
NORMAL CLOSE CIRCUIT TYPE
정상운전시 검출소자가 폐회로(CLOSE CIRCUIT)
상태로 있다가 이상시에 개회로(OPEN CIRCUIT)로
전환되면서 경보하는 TYPE.

In recent years, the goverment is promoting
heavy chemical industry-petroleum refining,
petroleum chemical, chemical, iron manufacture
and so one and export of the PLANT which is
manufactured in domestic technique with strong
power. The complexity and large scale of many
kinds of machinery equipment require more
efficient and technical exclusive equipment of
watching, ontrolling and repairing. KOIN ALARM
is a collecting display and concentrated alarm
equipment to display and to alarm a trouble of
equipment and operating state. Because it is
possible to make more miniatured unit than an
oil one, this KOIN ALARM is guaranteed various
function and confidence.
If a state trouble occurs in detecting element,
a state of trouble is transmitted and expressed
in ALARM unit and if a state of trouble is
dissolved the function of trouble expression is
resetted automatically.
Even if the state of trouble occurs in detecting
element, momentarily, this state is transmitted
and expression in ALARM unit but in this type,
the expression of trouble is memorized until a
acknowledge button is pushed, even though the
state of trouble is returned to normal state.
In case of normal operating, detecting, element is
a condition of open circuit but in abnormal state,
this system alarms this state, changing a
condition of open circuit into a condition of
close.
In normal operating, detecting element is a
condition of close circuit and have a flow of
electricity, at all times and in abnormal state,

CHARACTER OF KOIN ANNUNCIATOR
CABINET AND LAMP CONFIGURATION
KOIN ALARM은 본 CATALOG에 제시한 표준 조
립 방법 외에도 고객의 요구 조건에 따라 LAMP의 크
기 및 형태를 변경시킬 수 있으며 DISPLAY UNIT와
MODULE UNIT를 분리 제작할 수 있습니다.
ALARM SEQUENCE
본 CATALOG에 명기된 SEQUENCE 외에도 고객
의 요구 조건에 따라 SEQUENCE 구성이 가능하며 컴
퓨터 처리 방법에 의해 다기능 복합 SEQUENCE도
IC화하여 소형으로 제작 가능합니다.
STANDARD VOLTAGE UNIT
KOIN ALARM에서 사용되고 있는 정전압UNIT는
ALARM UNIT에 내장되어 있으며 TR과 IC를 구성하
여 극소화시켰으며 과전압 과전류시 자동 SWITCHING
되도록 되어 있어 ALARM CARD를 반영구적으로 사용하게
하였습니다.
BEZEL AND NAMEPLATE
본 ALARM UNIT의 BEZEL COLOR는 고객 의 요
구에 따라 선택할 수 있으며 배열된 다른 계기등과 색
상을 비교하여 선택해야 할 것입니다.
NAMEPLATE의 ENGRAVING글자의 크기, 굵기
등은 본문에서 상세히 나타내고 있으며 LAMP의 색깔
은 고객의 요구에 따라 색상을 낼 수 있으나 일반적으
로 유백색이 보편적입니다.
EXTERNAL TERMINAL BLOCK
KOIN ALARM TERMINAL BLOCK은 MAIN및
LOCAL TERMINAL BLOCK으로 구분됩니다. MAIN
TERMINAL BLOCK은 전원 공급 및 HORN, PUSH
BUTTON SWITCH등을 연결하여 사용하며, LOCAL
TERMINAL BLOCK은 INPUT SIGNAL 연결용으로
러그용 TERMINAL BLOCK을 사용하며, 고객의 요구
에 따라 PLUG IN CONNECTER형식도 제작하고 있
습니다.
CONSUMPTION OF POWER
각 UNIT의 소비 전류는 18mA로써 1개의 UNIT에
1 CHANNEL로 구분되어 있으며, DISPLAY UNIT 1
CHANNEL 당 24V 2WATT LAMP 1개 또는 2개가
내장되어 있습니다.

to modify variously the size and the shape of
lamp excepting for method explained in this
catalog and to manufacture display unit and
module unit, separately, in this KOIN ALARM.
It is possible to make up various sequence
excepting for sequence in this catalog according to
customer's request. It is also possible to
manufacture a complex sequence of multi-function
in maniatured unit by being transformed into IC.
Standard voltage unit which is used for KOIN
ALARM is included in inside of alarm unit and makes
TR and IC to be minimized, making up TR and IC with
complex. Alarm card can be used seni-permanently
switched off in case of over electric voltage and over
flow of electricity.
Bezel colour of this alarm unit can be selected
according to custmer's requesting and must be
selected comparing with a arranged other
instruments. The engraving letter size and thickness
of nameplate are indicated closely in this catalog and
there is a various lamp colour to select according to
the customer's request but generally, the white
colour is selected.
It is used two kinds of terminal block for
KOIN ALARM main terminal block is used to
connect with power supply and horn push button
switch. External block of local terminal is used
for signal connection and divided to two
types-general terminal block and plug-in
connector.
Each unit's consumption power is 18mA and
divided to one of unit and one of channel. One
channal of display unit is composed of 24V
2Watt 1 pc. or 2 pcs. in unit.

UNIT FUNCTION SELECTION (option)

S1, S2, S3의 JUMP 콘넥타 변경으로 N.O와 N.C
의 변경, NON LOCK와 LOCK IN의 변경, AL1과
AL2등의 변경이 JUMP 콘넥타의 변경으로 개별로 조
작이 가능합니다. 예를 들어 A1은 BASIC NON
LOCK, A2는 BASIC LOCK IN으로 조작이 가능하기
때문에 입력 조건에 맞추어 회로 구성이 용이합니다.
With the change of S1, S2, S3 JUMP connector, it
is possible to operate change of N.O and N.C, NON
LOCK and LOCK IN, and AL1 and AL2 indivisually.
For example, circuit constitution can be easily
done according to input condition as A1 can be
operated with BASIC NON LOCK and A2 with BASIC
LOCK IN.

 FUNCTION
INSPECTION SEQUENCE(KI-702)
이 ALARM SYSTEM은 경보 입력 신호의 기억 기
능을 첨부한 SYSTEM으로 모든 작동 기능은 BASIC
SEQUENCE와 동일하다. 이 SYSTEM을 사용했을 경
우에는 고장 개소가 정상으로 환원된다 해도 이상 개
소를 표시할 수 있도록 되어 있습니다.
OPERATOR가 이상을 확인하고 ACKNOWLEDGE
의 PUSH BUTTON을 누르면 경보 LAMP가 점등되
며 경보 음이 정지됩니다. 경보 입력이 해제된다 해도
경보LAMP는 계속 점등되어 있어 고장 개소를 계속
표시하게 되며 RESET PUSH BUTTON을 누르므로
해서 LAMP는 꺼지고 NORMAL상태가 됩니다. 이
ALARM SYSTEM은 LOCK IN형 전용으로 되어 있
으며 N.O와 N.C의 변경이 JUMP콘넥타 변경에 의해
서 용이하게 처리됩니다.

case of using of this system, even trouble unit is
returned to normal state, it is to be indicated
trouble. If the operator push a push button of
acknowledge, lamp is lighting and an alarm is
stopped, alarm lamp is lighting continiously, and
if reset push button is pushed, lamp is out off
and to be returned to normal state. This system
is only typical for lock in type, and it is

 FUNCTION
CONTACTS LOCATED ON LOCAL CONTROL SEQUENCE(KI-706)
이 ALARM SYSTEM은 모든 기능이 INSPECTION 기능
과 동일하며, POINT 별로 RELAY접점이 인출되기 때문에
OPERATOR가 LOCAL 또는 CENTER 어느 곳에서도 이상
신호 발생을 알 수 있습니다. 각 POINT에 RELAY가 부착되
어 있어 평상시에는 NORMAL상태이다가 이상 신호가 발생
하면 LAMP는 FLASHING을 하고 RELAY접점이 인출됩니
다. ACKNOWLEDGE 버튼을 누르면 경보 음은 정지하고,
FLASHING하던 LAMP는 점등되어 있습니다. 이상 신호가
해제되지 않은 상태에서 RESET 버튼을 누른다면 현상태를
계속 유지하지만, 이상 신호가 해제된 상태에서 RESET 버튼
을 누르면 LAMP는 소등되고 RELAY 접점도 NORMAL 상
태로 복귀됩니다. RELAY는 LOCK IN TYPE과 NON
LOCK TYPE 으로 구분됩니다. RELAY 접점 용량은 2A 임
으로 SIGNAL 용으로 쓰는 것이 안전합니다.

Since all functions of this alarm system are equal to the
function of INSPECTION, and relay contacts are drawn out
by each point, operator can perceive abnormal signal from
local or center.
As relays are attached to each point, normal state is
maintained in ordinary time, but once abnormal signal
occurred, lamp flashes and relay contacts are drawn out.
If acknowledge button is pressed, alarm sound stops and
flashing lamp is turned on. If you press reset button while
abnormal signal hasn‘t been released, present state is
remained, however if reset button is pressed with abnormal
signal released, lamp is turned off and relay contacts return
to normal state.
Relays are divided into LOCK IN TYPE and NON LOCK
TYPE. As the capacity of relay contacts are 2A, it would be
safe to use for signal.
