COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This is an agreement (incident on November 7, 2023) executed this 7th day of November 2023
in the Municipality of Inabanga, Bohol, Philippines by and between:
JOHN PHILLIP MILLORIA, Filipino, of 31 years old, married and a resident of Liloan Norte,
Inabanga, Bohol, hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY;
-and-

JEANDLY LUICY CLIEVHANZ VISTAL, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
Dagohoy, Inabanga, Bohol, hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY;

- WITNESSETH THAT -

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY has been involved in an accident (around
12:50 pm) of 7th November 2023 at Barangay Badiang, Inabanga, Bohol. Attached hereto as
Annex “A” is the Police Report for the detailed occurrence of the accident.

WHEREAS both parties are desirous to amicably settle the incident to avoid the inconvenience
of litigation.

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the foregoing premises the Parties have agreed the
following that:

1) The parties agree to release each other free from any liabilities and obligation/s whatsoever
resulting from the accident including all claims and counterclaims therein and agree not to
file any case whether civil, criminal or administrative of any kind or nature whatsoever in
any court, tribunal or government agencies exercising quasi-judicial function arising from
the same facts, incident, cause or causes of action.

2) That the FIRST PARTY agrees and undertakes to shoulder half of the expenses needed to
repair the damaged motor vehicle of the SECOND PARTY caused by the said accident, after
the SECOND PARTY will determine the total cost of the said repair.

3) Both parties agreed to release the motor vehicle driven by the FIRST PARTY which is under
the custody of the PNP-Inabanga, Bohol.

4) Both Parties have read this Agreement and have fully understood its contents. That they
voluntarily and willingly execute this Compromise Agreement with full knowledge of their
rights under the law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this __________________ at

BEFORE ME A NOTARY PUBLIC, for and in the Municipality of Inabanga, Bohol, on the
___________________, personally appeared ALL the above-named parties who presented, a
government-issued identification document that bears their signatures and photograph and
being informed by me of the contents of the foregoing instrument, they acknowledged before
me that they executed the same on their own free will and deed.
