1.1 Vendor must quote rates inclusive of all taxes and charges.
1.2 LUMS reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
1.3 Payment will be made within 30 days after completion of work followed by user
acknowledgement.
1.4 The Agreement shall be valid and effective for an initial term of one (01) year commencing
from the effective date.
