    Conversion of units pressure

    Vacuum
    The table indicates the correspondence between different units in use.

    Basic unit for measurement the pressure is PASCAL (Newton/m ).
    In some cases we use hPa (Hecto pascal).
    This unit corresponds with 1mBar (mill bar)

    The quality of tightness in vacuum can be also expressed in “pressure


    drop or depression” measured in mbar.l/s (mill bar. liter/second).
    This value varies for same device of valves depending on the gas quench.

    Depending on characteristic thereof of therefrom, obtained seal between


    the chamber and the atmosphere can be variable.
