Final Master Thesis -Block 3
Description Status
BEP Proposal datas to be checked and added for the next
TBC
delivery stage the datas to be edited:
-After choosing our bim uses agreed by all team members and
after the confirmation with mentor. Is started the development of TBC
each of them updating dtas in the related platform, Plannerly,
Assigned to the team members to start working with the process
diagrams and IDMs of the Bim uses chosen
-Edit of the status of the BEP sections , The BEP should answer TBC
the question of who as to do everything, when, how and where.
-BEP proposal will be update based on a chosen template by all
the team members, using as reference the EIR. Especially
TBC
updating the naming convention for the metadata information for
the status of the documents.
-BimSync will be use as CDE, all the required models, native
format and Openbim format are uploaded and the missing ones
will be uploaded by the team members in the dedicated space.

The models after the preconstruction phase will been updated in
our CDE. Completing also the necessary detail of classification
and level of information for this phase of design.
-Format and prepare the final models and 2D dwgs and pdfs. that
should be delivered as part of FMT project for this block, Using
TBC
the authoring design software agreed during our first group set up.
Document shared in our CDE.
-Review Scrum planning for the work done in Trello for the Sprint
planning proposal for the design stage, the second delivery
updating the dates of each sprint by changing the status of the TBC
each sprint. Updating the new board created for Block 3 with
respective information.
-Prepare Sprint planning for all the tasks to be completed until the TBC
next delivery for the FMT, WeZig project.
-Start collecting information that will be part of our report that will
be delivered for this block and use as part of the final report for TBC
the FMT. Prepare the report for the submission.
-Concentrate our work also in developing the property sets of TBC
elements, necessary on the final report.
-Prepare an agenda for next meeting. TBC
-Guides the team members more actively on the task they should
concentrate for the third Block Delivery of the Final Maser Thesis TBC
and think of e new way on managing the work for the next block.
