The temperatures for each location and month show both similarities and differences. In January, the
mean temperature in Edson is -7.81 degrees Celsius, while in Bow Valley it is -3.62 degrees Celsius.
In July, the mean temperature in Edson is 14.26 degrees Celsius, while in Bow Valley it is 18.83
degrees Celsius. This indicates that Bow Valley generally has higher temperatures than Edson in
both January and July. The median temperatures also follow a similar pattern, with Bow Valley having
higher median temperatures than Edson in both months. The standard deviation is higher in Edson
compared to Bow Valley for January, whereas for July this is lower than Bow Valley. This suggests
that the temperature fluctuations are greater in Edson. Overall, these descriptive statistics highlight
the differences in temperatures between the two locations.
