China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) has been contracted to execute the
mention project at Makonde Area in Mtwara Region.
The Project Manager of CCECC Newala – Mtwara Office is looking for suitably qualified and
competent Tanzanians to fill vacant position available for the Mentioned Project as follows;
1. HUMAN RESOURSE OFFICER (1 POST)
The following candidate should be ready to work for considerable length of time when required
under minimum supervision.

Key Qualifications:
 Holder of Bachelor's degree in human resources from any government recognized
institution/college.
 Must be a computer literate.
 Must be fluent in English and Swahili languages; and
 Must have not less than 2 three years working experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Recruitment
 Payroll management.
 Maintaining work culture with the workers.
 Create Employees Relation to the employer.
 Provide Legal knowledge to the workers.
 Resolving conflicts between the workers.
 Reporting progress and other updates back to project manager.
