Anti-Corruption Declaration

M&W Industrial Solution Sdn Bhd (the “Vendor”) declares that:

I, the undersigned, as a representative of _____________________________

1. The Vendor will observe a high standard of ethical business practices throughout its dealings with CMSB or its affiliates.

2. The Vendor represents, warrants and undertakes to on a continuous basis that they collectively or individually will
comply with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and all other anti-bribery and anti-corruption law and
regulation.

3. The Vendor will comply with CMSB’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy which is available on CMSB’s website.
If the Vendor does not have an adequate anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy, it will adopt CMSB’s policy.

4. The Vendor will ensure any agent, consultant, temporary employee, supplier, independent contractor or subcontractor that
is engaged by the Vendor will comply with all laws and policies as stated in Clauses 2 and 3.

5. The Vendor understands if he is found to have engaged or is engaging in any form of corruption and/or is in
breach of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 or any other law pertaining to corruption, it shall
be deemed a fundamental breach of contract and CMSB reserves the right to terminate the contract.

6. The Vendor confirms that the information contained in this Declaration and Vendor Questionnaire is accurate and
complete and, in the event that any new information arises after the date of this declaration which changes or impacts on
either this declaration or the answers given in the questionnaire, the Vendor shall immediately declare such information to
CMSB.
