Prayer Of Intercession

L) James 5: 15-16 “And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will
raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to each
other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is
powerful and effective.”

L)Lord as we intercede today for everyone around us, remind us Lord how privileged we are
for having the opportunity to run to you with our complete trust that the end of all you are
leading us through.

C) Lord, we come into thy presence in prayer, we confess our sins and pray for each
other.

L) “One thing I have asked of the lord that I will seek after; that I may dwell in the house of
the lord all the days of my life to gaze upon the beauty of the lord and to inquire in his
temple.

Lord helps us though we are calling ourselves Christian, but our relationship with you is
broken help us O Lord to experience you, strengthen our faith & experience your mercy

C) Lord help us to strengthen our faiths and experience your grace and mercy “If my
people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my
face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will
forgive their sin and” (2Chron 7:14)

L) Lord help us to reflect the Christ in us in all our thoughts, words and deeds and be
spiritually strong to help our fellow brothers in their struggles of life; helping them and
interceding for them.

C)

L) Lord, we pray for our church and its leaders we ask that you will guide them in the
decisions they take and the paths they thread. We pray for our Metropolitans Bishops
Thirumeni and Achens.

C) “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do
not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each
member belongs to all the others. (Romans 12:4-5)

L) Lord, we pray for the nations across the world and their leaders. Help them to make the
right decisions to ensure peaceful coexistence of people everywhere. We pray for our
country India and all the states. We pray for Tamil Nadu and our Home State Kerala.
C) As Paul Urges “for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and
quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”

L) We pray for all the Students, Teachers and also our Sunday School Teachers. We ask that
you will work through our teachers to guide us in the way you wish us to go, we ask for your
divine protection on them all.

C) Lord, we pray to you that you will grant this to us

All: Lord remind us that, no pleasure on this earth can fulfil the days when we walk
beside you; help us to be worthy sons and daughters and work for your kingdom on
Earth. Lord hear our petitions that we have placed before you as we seek your presence
in our lives, In Jesus’ name we pray AMEN
