Activity 3

Creating inclusive culture

*Regarding debesmscat involvement of students from other places so as I expected, we had been
use diverse language. In terms of having different languages students gradually embrace such
verbalism.In every conversation,mostly during the discussion we would use language (Tagalog)
or whatever language might understand and suddenly cope up with other people.

*Having disparities of beliefs, religion and the way of clothing. In terms of religion example
during Thursday night, all students or either a teachers are invited to attend bible study
(Barkadahan) without specific religion.

*Creating an events which all can join depending on their ability.

*Curriculum of debesemscat embracing "one size fits all" .

This is the existence of general education happens inside the classroom.

*One of the barriers is having different attitudes, values and societal norms.

Producing Inclusive Policies

*Active involvement of the entire community must ensured . Having intramurals in this school
wherein all department participate of this event.

*No allowed discrimination regarding what is your financial status,gender, ethnicity ,race,
religion and values and so on.

*Mandatory of wearing School Uniform but for those who want skirt, then go but for slocks it's
acceptable.

*In terms of different organization such as CEDCSC, BSESA, and other organizations, they
implementesd policies in every event, if you cannot attend you should have to buy school
supplies as your sanction.

*Producing Gender Equality policies, you have to be respected in terms of your flaws.

*The teachers of debesmscat are trained to general education curriculum


Evolving Inclusive Practices

*In this Inclusive Practices,in terms of curriculum of debesmscat,the teacher applying Universal
Design for Learning(UDL) which uses a design of instructional material that make the content
information accessible to all learners

*I think also some instructor uses differentiated instruction for those students may varrying their
special needs, interest and learning style
