Dedication and professionalism. - Teach students regardless of race. - Not teaching with group according to race. Teach students without distinction of social class. - Treat all students with equal. - All students have the opportunity to take part in each activity

Teachers Role
Know how to handle social class among students. - Create a free mixing & no grouping in a community. - Form an interactive learning environment . > Help students to understand and shape the approriate, value attitudes, behavior accordingly. - Treat student need so that can expand their potential optimally. - Form a positive self-concept.

Teachers Role
Respects, be fair to all students. - Corporal punishment should not be implemented. The use of dialect should be avoided. - The use of standard language to all students opportunity for students to participate in the activities.

Plan activities can be participate by all students regardless of gender. - Form a positive perception among students that have gender disorders problem

Taking preventive measures for restricting the possibility that can happen. - Form a friendly learning community. Do not touch and dispute the beliefs practiced by the students. - Activities must be according with the student beliefs, values & religious

Students Role
Socialize in group - interact without regardless social class. - Prejudice against other race should be avoided. Respect the beliefs of others. - Inculcate the spirit of mutual trust into students life - Tolerance and understanding between the each other. Use of standard language. - Use the right language when they interact. - Use correct grammar and be applied in appropriate situations.

Students Role
Interact and intercommunicate within different gender. - Need to give consciousness about restrictions interaction within different gender.

Establish a positive culture in classroom - Dynamic, inculcate good value and affectionately. relationships with teachers who affectionately. - create a quality student

Efforts to improve the language proficiency of students

Vision School Three different integrated school inside in same area. Students from various races can communiciate by using national language. Can understand the culture, language and view from other communities. Organizing various activities Activities competitions, debates, lectures, speeches.

Strengthen the spirit of unity and brotherhood Three main core concept of 1 Malaysia: - Attitude of acceptance - Appreciation of the principles of nationhood - Defense to all those in need.

Conclusion
The role of social structure / social class is to create unity. The teacher's role: -Make sure students are able to assimilate and interact between the lower and upper class students. -Promoting the value of friendship, cooperation and tolerance viewed in the classroom.
