1. Brief Introduction
The honey tester also we called it rapid detector, can test honey’s quality or if have pesticide
residue. The following items it can test: honey sucrose, honey reducing sugar (glucose and
fructose), honey hydroxymethyl furfural, honey acidity, pesticide residues in honey, honey
amylase value, proline in honey, honey moisture, honey sugar, heavy metals (lead, cadmium,
mercury), veterinary drug residues (chloramphenicol, tetracycline, sulfonamides, furans,
quinolones), ash content in honey.
Why we need this device?
The honey rapid detector used for on-site detection of honey sucrose, glucose and fructose,
hydroxymethyl furfural, acidity, pesticide residues, amylase, proline, moisture, sugar, heavy
metals, animal residues, and ash content can be widely used in various rapid quantitative
detection of honey quality.
