Answer. Clear communication at work can help you avoid misunderstandings, develop strong
relationships with your coworkers and establish yourself as a valuable member of the team. As with any
ability, you can strengthen your communication skills with daily practice.

Answer. Helps the managers to perform the basic functions of management- Planning, Organizing,
Motivating and Controlling.

Answer. There are four main types of workplace communication: verbal, body, phone and written.
