    GUIDELINES FOR CASE STUDY

    (English for Tourism- 2023)


    General requirements:

     According to the Vietnam Investment Review (2023), "sustainable tourism is


    no longer a fad but has become a requirement for the vast majority of
    tourists globally, including Vietnam." (https://vir.com.vn/sustainable-
    tourism-no-longer-a-temporary-trend-in-vietnam-103172.html)
     Write a report (500-700 words) about a model of sustainable tourism
    (inside or outside Vietnam), in which you should provide/analyze
    background information of the chosen destination/place, the challenges
    and opportunities/favorable conditions as well as solutions to
    maintain/develop that model.
     It is suggested that you should include images, examples from different
    reliable sources. Personal perspectives are encouraged and highly rated.
     In addition, you should avoid plagiarism, which will be penalized by
    deducting 50% from your overall score of this assignment.
     This assignment is done in individually.
     Both hard copy and soft copy should be submitted in Week 10.
